Title: Supply Chain Manager

Location: Remote

Salary: Dependent on experience

The Role 

This is an exciting opportunity to help build a unique global supply chain platform ranging from sourcing, freight, fulfilment and delivery driven by client and in-house requirements. Ownership to develop and implement supply chain projects from end to end. You will be the conduit between client and supplier, supporting clients to migrate from their existing operational infrastructure into eComplete’s infrastructure to time and specification. You will be working with internal and external stakeholders to deploy and maintain a diverse range of projects across multiple territories and the ecommerce landscape.

We are looking for someone with entrepreneurial spirt with a demonstrated track record in operational planning & execution plus the ability to negotiate and influence suppliers and clients to go through programmes of change. You will need a positive can-do attitude, plus the ability to work under pressure and on own initiative. If you have the perfect mixture of operational and strategic experience this would be a perfect role for you.

Responsibilities 

  • Lead, develop and implement supply chain strategy and solutions for the business unit in conjunction with other teams and departments
  • Inspire new and existing suppliers and clients to deliver high standards of service ensure KPIs are met to time and specification.
  • Implement and manage agreed eComplete best practice in the following areas: client and supplier communications, procurement of services, operational planning & management.

  • Strong operational and commercial acumen

  • Demonstrate ability to support change related initiatives and to determine what expertise and resources are required to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels and contribute to identification and evaluation of potential solutions to the problems based on the facts, assessment of risk and awareness of desired business objectives.
  • Experience within Import/Export
  • Experience in ERP systems
  • Strong analytical experience with attention to detail Experience in data validation and synthesis (arriving at conclusions based on data).
