Job Title: Influencer Manager

The Role
eComplete is looking for an Influencer manager who will be responsible for the full lifecycle of influencer outreach & content management, ranging from outreach to content direction to reporting on program KPIs as we continue to grow our start-up studio brands as well as external clients. The ideal candidate is one who is action-oriented, organized operationally, and who takes the initiative in terms of discovering our next creator or content partner.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a strong and polished communicator working with internal (team members) and external stakeholders (content partners and influencers). Additionally, a strong understanding of social media, digital content, influencer platforms, and community building are essential.
Responsibilities
- Active outreach to new well-suited influencers and content creators in line with every brand’s positioning, target audience and future goals
- Managing and finalising contract and engagement negotiations
- Working closely with all influencers on content creation and ensuring consistent posting schedules in line with contractual agreements and deadlines
- Continuous performance monitoring according to set KPIs and keeping all creators accountable
- Liaising with Brand Creative Team to align campaigns and influencer posting timelines as well as content production to follow campaign frameworks
- Organise influencer events and meet-ups to build community feel and increase content production for every brand
- Weekly reporting on outreach progress, responses and deals closed
Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in influencer management, social media management or brand marketing in a high growth start-up or agency
- Excellent understanding of social platforms, content performance, audiences, growth hacking and digital trends
- Comfortable with owning strategic, creative and analytical responsibilities
- Experience with building brands people love through cohesive influencer marketing campaigns and social media strategies
- You have a keen eye for social media best practices and have your pulse on top trends and tactics that will create excitement and help our brands stand out
- Excellent writing skills and storytelling ability to communicate and connect with key audiences
- You are a people person and love to work with content creators of all backgrounds to build strong brand teams that can disrupt every industry
