Title: eCommerce Manager – USA

Location: Remote Working

Salary: Dependent on experience

The Role

You will be a key member of the team working closely with the USA General Manager taking responsibility for on-site activities of our brands and clients as well as being involved with all marketing activities across the digital marketing channels (SEA, SEO, Affiliates, Influencer, CRM and Social). You will design and develop marketing strategies and commercial plans to attract target users through all online marketing channels. You will lead the development of marketing campaigns and strategies and drive our communications and media direction.

Location: Remote USA/UK – the ability to work remotely and independently.

Responsibilities

  • Daily monitoring of data and managing KPIs for all e-commerce metrics
  • Driving the commercial strategy for our brands and clients, determining campaign briefs, pricing and discount strategy
  • Deep diving into every brand’s on-site experience and journey optimisation for the customer
  • Operating as a specialist for the customer’s expectations and demands dialling in all digital channels (SEO, PPC, paid and organic social, influencer, video and content, affiliate, email, web design, web and software development and more).
  • Build and run USA email marketing campaigns and SEO to drive continuous user acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention, and through that sales revenue growth.
  • Drive the evolution of our brands’ positioning, bringing it to life in a clear and consistent way that resonates with and motivates our target audiences

Skills

  • Excelling in a high-growth, fast-paced working environment willing to drive change and progress with the ability to inspire, motivate and engage those around you
  • Experience in an e-commerce business, start-up or agency handling the online strategy and marketing channels (PPC, SEO, Email etc.) is essential.
  • A highly numbers-driven individual able to evaluate successful strategic approaches based on set KPIs
  • Self-organised, analytical, and comfortable presenting at all levels
  • Ability to think both creatively and commercially
  • Happy to work at both strategic and operational levels with a motivated international team of like-minded individuals
