Job Title: Senior Performance Marketing Executive

The Role

The Performance Marketing Executive will join the marketing division and will own the delivery of performance activity for our brands across PPC, Affiliates, Paid Social, Display and Remarketing. You will manage the planning and building of the campaigns/activity across all channels and ensuring continuous optimisation driving continued performance.

You will develop and execute customer acquisition/retention strategies under the guidance of the senior team to identify users through marketing channels. Your will also lean on the support of our central channel experts to ensure best practice techniques are being used and you are continually developing your marketing skill set. Working in the central team you will work laterally across eComplete clients, spending more time on allocated brands/territories as required.


  • Day to day running of performance marketing activity
  • ‘Go to’ person for specific channel help/advice
  • Working with the wider marketing team to continually develop skillset and digital channel knowledge
  • Working with the wider teams to ensure learnings are shared and new techniques are trialled.


  • Ownership of Performance activity across agreed channels
  • Designing, planning and building of campaign activity, ensuring best-in-class consumer campaigns
  • Continuous analysis, optimisation and reporting of all paid campaigns
  • Delivery of reports on performance activity to internal/external stakeholders
  • Monitoring and flagging digital competitor activity
  • Staying on top of market trends for innovation within the performance marketing space
  • Delivery of campaigns through channels or specific partners and monitoring performance against KPIs


  • 2+ years’ experience in a Paid Search/Paid Social role
  • Experience of working with the following packages - Google Ads, Facebook Ads, AWIN Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Excel (all not mandatory)
  • Comfortable working with large data sets and making decisions from the output
  • Proven track record of delivering profitable marketing campaigns
  • Hands-on ability, setting up campaigns, optimising, reporting etc.
  • Be a lover of trying/testing new ways of doing things
  • Be inquisitive and willing to get stuck in
