Job Title: US Brand Specialist

The Role

eComplete is searching for a Brand Specialist responsible for the best-in-class development, implementation, and activation of the brands in our start-up studio as well as external clients. Reporting to the US Director, this role will be vital in stewarding the brand positioning, voice, and visual identity across marketing communications design and online channels and shaping how our brands come to life through brand campaigns, disruptive social activations and all brand extensions.

This is a high-visibility role within our US organization and will have an external and internal focus. You will be a champion of our brands across all customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, self-starter, an excellent communicator, and driven by a genuine curiosity and passion for building brands people care about.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, evangelism, and governance of all eComplete brands to ensure consistent, best-in-class execution through coordination, review, and tracking across all tactics and partners
  • Support in the planning and implementing of all brand campaigns and communications to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
  • Own the creative review process and governance across all internal and external communications, checking that all materials are accurate representations of the brand both visually and verbally
  • Measure, analyse and report on performance to support marketing planning, campaign analysis, and consumer insights
  • Maintain and update all brands’ guidelines and assets
  • Ongoing thought leadership and competitive auditing of best-in-class brand identity practices and principles to help grow and strengthen the discipline across all brands

Skills

  • 3-4 years of experience in brand marketing and/or brand management; Agency experience is a plus
  • Experience with building brands people love through cohesive brand strategies that carry through to consistent messaging and design
  • Experience building brand-level campaigns with activations across a variety of channels and touchpoints that increase brand awareness; Experience or understanding in media planning and landscape is a plus
  • You have a keen eye for social media best practices and have your pulse on top trends and tactics that will create excitement and help our brands stand out
  • You’re both a skilled collaborator and a highly-motivated self-starter who’s comfortable and confident to work independently and with others
  • Excellent writing skills and storytelling ability to communicate and connect with key audiences
  • You take initiative, keep organized, can handle multiple projects at once, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
